Helen Fetsko Cold Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 lb. oleo, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cut flour and oleo together like you do for a pie crust until it is a fine mixture. Add beaten egg yolks and sour cream. Knead well to form a large ball and hands are clean.
    You may need to add a little flour if dough is sticky. Use as little as possible. Divide dough into 4 small rolls.
    Cover with Saran Wrap; place in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
