Blueberry Nut Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. (16 oz.) crushed pineapple, do not drain
3 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 c. sugar, divided
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Spread pineapple over bottom of lightly greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
Toss together blueberries, half of sugar and lemon juice in a bowl.
Layer over pineapple.
Sprinkle cake mix over top of fruit layers.
Dribble melted butter or margarine on top of cake mix.
Sprinkle on chopped pecans and other half of sugar.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
After it has baked 20 minutes, cut through to bottom of pan to let juices rise to the top.
Serves 12.
Best served warm.
