Apricot Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box orange jello
    1 can crushed pineapple
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 medium carton Cool Whip
    2 jars apricot baby food with tapioca
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Combine jello and pineapple in saucepan.
    Heat until simmering.
    Add sugar, baby food and cut up cheese.
    Mix, but do not beat.
    Chill until it mounds when dropped from spoon.
    Add Cool Whip slowly.
    Blend, but do not whip.
    Pour into pan or dish. Cover with nuts.
    Chill.
