Paradise Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter, softened
    3/4 c. powdered sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 c. drained crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts (may be omitted)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together butter and powdered sugar.
    Blend in egg yolks. Spread 1 cup
    graham cracker crumbs on bottom of 9 x 5 x 3-inch dish.
    Pour egg yolk mixture over crumbs.
    Cover with another light layer
    of
    crumbs
    (1/2
    cup).
    Whip heavy cream until stiff.
    Add
    pineapple,
    walnuts,
    sugar
    and
    vanilla. Spread whipped cream
    mixture over top layer of crumbs.
    Chill 4 hours before serving.
