Hawaiian Fruitcake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten with fork
20 oz. crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
Preparation

Use wooden spoon to mix.
Sift flour, soda and salt in large bowl.
Add sugar, eggs and pineapple to flour mixture.
Add nuts. Mix with wooden spoon until moist.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
