Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sliced carrots
3/4 c. sliced celery
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. green beans
1/2 c. whole grain macaroni
1 c. sliced zucchini
1 qt. water
1 1/2 c. tomato puree
3/4 c. cooked kidney beans
2 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 1/2 Tbsp. chopped scallion
1 tsp. basil
4 Tbsp. vegetable broth powder
Preparation

Simmer all ingredients together until the carrots are tender. Serves 4.
