Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Mix like pie crust and add 1 beaten egg.
Save 1 cup for topping.
Flatten into 9 x 12-inch pan.
