Ground Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, sliced and undrained
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream, room temperature
    buttered noodles
Preparation
    In a
    large
    skillet,
    melt butter; add meat, onion and garlic.
    Cook until meat is brown.\tDrain excess fat.
    Stir in flour, then
    add
    soup, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
    Simmer 10 minutes on\tlow
    heat.
    Stir
    in
    sour
    cream; heat to serving temperature.
    Serve over buttered noodles.\tServes 6.
