Chris' Cajun Gumbo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 duck or 1 deer steak
2 squirrels or rabbits
1 chicken, skinned
2 lb. smoked sausage
8 qt. water (approximately)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1 tsp. gumbo filet (optional, helps to thicken)
1 Tbsp. Louisiana hot sauce
salt and red pepper to taste
Tony's seasonings to taste
1 medium onion
1/2 bell pepper
1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
1 rib celery
6 sprigs parsley
2 bay leaves
Preparation

Gumbo is best made by combining game and tame meats, if you like game.
If not, make it tame.
