Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lb. cabbage, grated fine
3 Tbsp. salt
5 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Sprinkle salt over cabbage and let set for 1 hour.
Squeeze out cabbage with hands.
Mix together remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil and pour over cabbage.
Let cool and put in freezer boxes.
