Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage, crumbled
    6 slices fresh cubed bread
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese or 1 c.
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. sweet milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Drain.
    Layer bread, sausage and cheese in a buttered casserole dish in order listed.
    Mix eggs, mustard, milk and salt; pour over casserole.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Falls as it stands.
    Yields 6 servings.
