Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. tomato soup
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. apple or celery, chopped
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine and pour over spareribs.
    Cook for 2 hours at 350\u00b0. Remove ribs and thicken sauce for gravy, if desired.
