7-Up Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. (1 1/2 c.) margarine or butter
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon extract
    3/4 c. 7-Up
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar until
    light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well.
    Add flour.
    Beat in lemon extract and 7-Up.
    Pour batter into well-greased and floured jumbo, fluted mold pan (12 cup Bundt pan).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours until cake tester comes out clean.
