Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 c. milk (2% fat)
    1 c. (4 oz.) Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Combine egg, flour, Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup milk and seasonings.
    Beat until smooth.
    Blend in remaining milk; stir in half of Swiss cheese.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
    Bake until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
    Yield: 4 servings.
    Carbohydrate 23 g, protein 14 g, fat 11 g, calories 247.
    One serving = 2 meat medium fat exchange, 1 bread starch exchange, 1 fruit exchange.
