Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cocoa
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 oz. red food coloring
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift together flour, baking soda and powder, salt and cocoa.
    Cream oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add food coloring; mix well.
    Add the buttermilk alternately with dry ingredients.
    Add vinegar and vanilla; mix well.
    Spoon into 3 greased and floured 9-inch round pans.
    Bake 24 to 30 minutes.
    Frost with cream cheese coconut frosting.
