Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; cut shortening into mixture.
    Add buttermilk to make a soft dough. Pour dough onto a floured surface and knead lightly.
    Roll dough out and cut with biscuit cutter.
    Place in baking pan and bake at 450\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
