Oyster Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3 qt. torn bread
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1 pt. oysters, pureed in blender
    oyster liquid and poultry stock to equal 3 c.
    1 1/2 c. ground cooked pork sausage
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter in a 4-quart stock pot or saucepan about 2 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 2 1/2 to 3-quart casserole and bake in 350\u00b0 oven 45 to 60 minutes.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings, enough for 10 to 12 pound turkey.
