Do Not Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) fryer chicken breasts
    1 c. long grain rice (not instant)
    4 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 c. cream of celery soup
    1/2 soup can water
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/2 soup can milk
Preparation
    Sprinkle rice evenly over a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Pour margarine, water and milk over rice.
    Mix the soups and spoon over rice.
    Lay pieces of chicken on rice and sprinkle with soup mix. Seal well with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Do not peek during cooking time.
