Chicken Chalupas(Little Boats) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 to 15 flour tortillas
4 whole chicken breasts
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
3/4 lb. Jack or Swiss cheese, grated
3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
green onion tops, diced
1 small can sliced black olives
1 small onion, diced
1 small can diced green chilies
Preparation

Bake chicken in 300\u00b0 or 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes, basting with butter. When cool enough to handle, skin, bone and dice chicken. Combine soup, chilies, sour cream, olives, onions and some of the cheese. Set aside 1 1/2 cups of this mixture. Add chicken to the rest.
