Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. raw rice
    1 large onion
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil until tender.
    Add rice, milk, soup, broccoli, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Mix well until broccoli is thawed.
    Place in covered casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Brown top if desired.
