Little Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 vanilla wafers
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Line muffin tins with foil liners.
    Place vanilla wafer in each liner.
    Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed. Add eggs and mix well.
    Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full.
    Bake 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Remove from pan.
    Cool.
    Top with fruit preserves.
