Pear Honey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. ground pears (weigh after grinding)
3/4 lb. sugar (I double this)
1 can crushed pineapple
Preparation
-
Dissolve sugar in juice from pears and pineapple.
Add pears while it is boiling; cook until done.
Add pineapple and cook 5 more minutes.
