German Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 tsp. celery salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    4 cloves garlic, chopped fine
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 to 3 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine everything except butter, bread crumbs and shortening. Allow chicken to marinate overnight in refrigerator.
    Roll chicken in bread crumbs.
    Chicken will be very heavy with sour cream so have plenty of bread crumbs ready.
    Melt butter and shortening; pour half over chicken and bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Add remaining butter.
    Mix and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
    Good with rice.
