Cheese Muffin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. grated medium sharp Cheddar, divided
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. liquid/melted margarine
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease 12 muffin tins.
    Do not use liners.
    Mix dry ingredients and 3/4 cup cheese.
    Stir in liquid with fork; mix gently.
    Fill muffin tins and sprinkle with remaining grated cheese.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
    These are excellent served with soup and salad.
