Pineapple Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. crushed pineapple
3 egg yolks
3/4 c. sugar
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
3 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar
baked pie shell
Preparation

In a small saucepan, cook pineapple, egg yolks and 3/4 cup sugar.
Meanwhile, dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Mix into cooked mixture.
Cool.
Beat egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar.
Fold into cooled mixture.
Place in baked shell and refrigerate.
