Escalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 2/3 c. half and half milk
    1/2 lb. velveeta cheese
    1 bag thawed hash browns
    4 oz. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Heat oleo, half and half and velveeta cheese in saucepan. Pour sauce over thawed potatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
