Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 qt. milk
pinch of salt
Preparation

Mix together and pour into baking dish.
Sprinkle with nutmeg. Insert this dish into another larger dish and fill with water. Bake until a knife comes out clean when inserted into the pudding.
