Cheese Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sifted confectioners sugar
1/2 c. cocoa, sifted together
1/2 lb. butter or oleo
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift confectioners sugar and cocoa together.
Melt butter or oleo and Velveeta cheese in double boiler (or carefully in microwave).
Pour cheese mixture over sugar and cocoa mixture. Add vanilla and chopped nuts.
Pour into lightly buttered pan. Smooth and creamy, no cheese taste.
