Carrot Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. finely grated carrots, packed
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar, oil and eggs.
    Add pineapple and carrots.
    Beat well.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost.
