Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    4 c. water
    2 eggs
    12 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Cook grits in water until thick.
    Add cheese, butter and garlic salt.
    Stir until melted.
    Beat eggs lightly and stir into mix.
    Put into buttered casserole and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
