Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 hard-boiled eggs, minced
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cans tiny shrimp, drained
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan; add flour.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add parsley, lemon juice, mustard, horseradish, salt and milk.
    When smooth, add shrimp and eggs.
    Put in either scallop shells or small oven container.
    Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes (or 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes).
