Bundt Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. corn oil margarine
1 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 3/4 c. egg substitute
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
1 scant c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat margarine and sugars until well blended.
Add egg substitute, a small amount at a time, and beat very well after each addition.
(This is very important with egg substitute.)
Add flour, vanilla, grated orange rind and lastly, nuts, that have been mixed with flour.
Bake about 1 hour in well-greased Bundt pan at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
Serve plain or with lemon drizzle.
