Chicken In Red Wine(Low-Fat Version) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. skinned chicken parts
    12 whole small mushrooms
    1 c. dry red wine
    1 packet instant chicken-flavored broth mix
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    12 small white pearl onions, peeled
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1 small bay leaf
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place chicken in an ovenproof casserole.
    Top with onions and mushrooms.
    In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour over chicken.
    Cover and bake 1 hour.
    Remove and discard bay leaf before serving.
    Each serving:
    261 calories, 10 grams fat.
