Black Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans black bean salad, drained
    1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1/2 c. cucumber, diced
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1/2 c. red and green peppers, diced
    1 stalk celery, diced
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 to 1 c. favorite salsa
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and chill about 4 hours.
