Brown Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/2 c. raw brown rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can drained mushrooms
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of dried thyme leaves
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon cube in water.
    Add all ingredients except celery and bake, covered, 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Stir in celery and bake 10 minutes more.
    Serves 6.
