Crock-Pot Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 onions, sliced thin
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up and skinned
2 cloves garlic, minced
24 oz. tomato juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 bay leaf
Preparation

Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 2 1/2 to 4 hours.
