Black Forest Parfait - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can cherry pie filling
2 c. milk
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
Preparation

Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup milk on low speed until smooth. Add pudding and rest of milk until smooth.
Spoon half of pudding in dishes.
Sprinkle with wafer crumbs.
Cover with pie filling. Top with remaining pudding.
Garnish with cherries and crumbs. Chill.
Serves 4 to 6.
