Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork sausage (bulk)
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. diced green pepper
    1 medium can tomatoes
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. uncooked macaroni
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown sausage, onion and green pepper.
    Pour off drippings. Add tomatoes, sour cream, macaroni and seasonings.
    Cover and cook slowly 10 minutes.
    Uncover and continue cooking until macaroni is tender.
    Sometimes a little water needs to be added.
    I usually use half the recipe.
