Coconut Bonbons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 to 1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese until smooth.
    Gradually beat in sugar and blend thoroughly.
    Add vanilla and a drop of food coloring. Refrigerate 1 hour.
    Shape into ball walnut size and roll in coconut.
    Refrigerate several more hours until firm.
    Makes 20.
