Sweet Suet Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 prunes
    1/3 c. rice
    1 c. raisins
    1 stick cinnamon
    1 orange, cut up
    1 c. sugar
    1 can fruit cocktail
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Put prunes, rice and about 2 1/2 cups water in pressure cooker and cook for 10 minutes.
    Cook much longer in a pan.
    In the pan with the prune mixture add some more water, raisins, cinnamon, orange and sugar.
    Cook it slow for about 1 hour.
    Then add the fruit cocktail and tapioca.
    Cook just until dissolved.
