Banana Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. mashed bananas
3 Tbsp. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Preparation

Put bananas and shortening in a mixing bowl with 2 tablespoons sour milk.
Add dry ingredients.
Add 1 tablespoon sour milk, vanilla and eggs.
Beat 2 minutes.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Nutmeats may be added, if desired.
