Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. American cheese
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 can hot taco sauce
    1 head lettuce
    3 large tomatoes
    6 green onions
    1 regular size bag corn chips
Preparation
    Melt cheese in double boiler.
    Simmer meat until brown.
    Add hot sauce and cheese to meat and stir well.
    Chop lettuce, tomatoes and onions; toss.
    Just before serving, add meat and cheese mixture and toss.
    Add corn chips and toss again.
    Serve immediately.
