Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. skinless chicken thighs
    1 1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 c. water
    oregano
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Wash chicken.
    Mix lemon juice, olive oil and water.
    Taste, if too lemony add more water.
    Place thighs in 10 x 12-inch pan. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Sprinkle oregano over thighs, turn and do other side.
    Very carefully add lemon mixture to chicken having it about 1/2 inch over chicken; dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
    Make Lemon Potatoes for vegetable.
