Corn Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. corn meal
1 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix and sift dry ingredients; add the milk gradually, then the egg, well beaten, and the melted butter.
Bake in a hot oven in buttered gem pans for 25 minutes.
Basis for one pan of 8 muffins.
