Pie Crust(Two 9-Inch Crusts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2/3 c. shortening
    4 Tbsp. water
    large pinch of sugar
Preparation
    Sift flour; cut in shortening.
    Add water and sugar.
    Mix dough with fork until all the water is used.
    Gather dough and press into a ball.
    Roll out and line pie pan.
