Pumpkin Custard(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    3 Tbsp. granulated sugar or to taste
    1 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Beat eggs and combine with pumpkin until well blended.
    Add sugar substitute; stir in milk and spices until thoroughly blended.
    Pour pumpkin mixture into an 8-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool pie.
    Makes 4 servings.
    One serving equals 90 calories or 3/4 bread, 1/2 meat and 1/4 milk exchanges.
