Apple Slices - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter or margarine
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 tsp. lemon juice
7 or 8 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

Sift flour and salt.
Cut in butter until size of peas. Combine beaten eggs, lemon juice and cold water; add to flour mixture.
Divide dough into 2 sections and roll 1 section to fit a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Go up the sides of pan with dough.
(Top dough pinch together on all sides.)
