Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
3 small to medium baking potatoes
16 oz. spaghetti sauce (homemade or prepared)
1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced black olives
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage in skillet.
Slice potatoes into 1/8-inch rounds.
Layer half of each ingredient in a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish, then layer the other half.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Bake uncovered for the last 10 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
