Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin steak
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    salt
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Pound sirloin or tenderloin very thin and cut into near finger-shaped pieces.
    Melt half the butter in a large heavy pan. Add onion, cook and stir until onion is tender.
    Add beef; cook quickly, about 5 minutes, browning on all sides.
    Set aside.
