Marinated Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cabbage, chopped
    1 c. vinegar (white or red)
    1 c. sugar (granulated)
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    3/4 c. green bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. red bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Mix the vinegar and sugar on stove until dissolved, not boiling.
    Add the oil and pour over rest of ingredients.
    Will keep for 2 weeks in refrigerator.
    Serves 20.
    Great for holidays.
